Health care should emphasize the need to look at the person as a whole, including analysis of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual, aspects of a patient. This is the holistic approach that Swami has emphasized to stimulate self healing process, which is inherent in man.
It is with these concerns in mind that the first National Medicare Conference is being organized to both internalize the minds of our medical personnel to the concept of values-based medicine and to externalize by consolidation our Sai Medical Service Network to put into practice these concepts in values-based medicine.
